Welcome to the wonderful world of my Music. As soon as I got a 56K modem I became addicted to the wonderful world of MP3 files. These easily downloadable near CD quality audio files allowed me to listen to music that I like, but don't hear nearly often enough on the radio. And now that I have a CD-RW drive, I rarely purchase music from stores anymore. The ease of use and quality of these files is awesome. I began my collection by aquiring Winamp. This has got to be one of the best MP3 players available, and it is absolutely free.
Finding MP3 files was more of a challenge to those not aquainted. I soon found Audiofind, a search engine that was able to find lots of music that I wanted. I found it lacking in many songs however, and I continued my search. Soon after, a freind at school told me about the wonderful Napster. This MP3 search utility allows you to search the music libraries of users all over the world for songs.
Metallica now offically blows goats. Their lawsuit of Napster is just another greedy pursuit of money by this already rich band. I oppose it with all of my being and will no longer buy Metallica albums.
